Charger Products
QikCharger is an authorized dealer of ABB, Exicom, and Bolt.Earth Chargers. All products supplied by QikCharger are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturers. Users are encouraged to review the specific product manuals and warranties provided by ABB, Exicom, and Bolt.Earth.
Installation Services
QikCharger provides installation services for EV chargers. Users are responsible for ensuring that the installation site complies with local regulations and safety standards. QikCharger is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from improper installation or non-compliance with regulations.
Pricing and Payments
Prices for Chargers and installation services are provided on QikCharger's website or through official quotations. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms and methods will be specified in the invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services.
Warranty
Chargers supplied by QikCharger are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. QikCharger will assist users in processing warranty claims, but is not responsible for the repair or replacement of faulty products. Users are required to follow the warranty terms and conditions provided by the respective manufacturers.
Liability
QikCharger is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use its products or services. QikCharger's liability is limited to the cost of the products and services provided.
Termination of Services
QikCharger reserves the right to terminate services in case of non-compliance with these terms and conditions or for any other valid reason. Termination does not release the user from any outstanding financial obligations.
